If you could give just one piece of advice, what would it be?

Follow your gut in life and do what you love, life’s too short not to. Most people live their life trying to be what society/friends/family want them to be and so they never quite find that happiness that they’re looking, but if you follow your heart the rest will fall into place.

What do you do when you feel that the pressure of ‘the world’ is getting to you?

Try to take a step back from life a bit and gain some perspective. Because it’s easy to get caught up in everything that’s going around you and feel like it’s all so serious and “it’ll be the end of the world if this happens or that doesn’t happen”, but when you find that bit of space then you realise that it’s not that big a deal, and things always work themselves out in the end. So you can try and relax and enjoy the ride.
