Don’t be afraid to work for things. Anything worth achieving is usually only achieved after a lot of hard work and persistence

What do you do when you feel that the pressure of ‘the world’ is getting to you?

Writing songs has helped me through a lot of hard times, as it can be very therapeutic and lets you get a lot off your chest. But whenever things feel tough, or stressful, I try to focus on the good things in my life, the things I feel lucky to have, and I find this helps too

What is your all time favourite quote?

“The last shirt has no pockets”. This is an English translation of an old German saying, which basically means – you can’t take material wealth or possessions with you at the end of your life, so focus on the important things that really matter”
